Job Summary:
The incumbent would manage the overall running of the lineage program and to assure the prompt and proper generation and delivery of the several benefits of the lineage and incentive/promotional programs, maintaining the integrity of the data base, as well as assure the appropriateness of the information for both the sales area and the external customer, so that the customer may obtain his incentives/promotions and prompt response to all his/her requests and claims.The holder of this position has the overall responsibility for managing the lineage program, with all its key components that helps to attract, grow, and retain Beauty & Fashion Advisor(BFA) and leaders for the company.
KRA:
- Analysis and Evaluation of All India Sales on a daily / monthly basis
- Provide timely and accurate sales KPI reports to the field & respond to their queries by providing required data
- MIS thru Axapta - on daily basis
Short Term Incentive Planning : assessing past performance and recommending criteria for upcoming field incentives / programs
- Identifying qualifiers / winners of various field incentives / programs, based on the defined criteria
- Providing mid incentive reports / tracking sheets to help field drive the programs for maximum participation
