Avon - Executive - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Digital Executive Role - Social Media & Site
JOB SUMMARY :
- This role will be responsible for managing social media marketing for Avon aligned with Business objectives and would be the custodian of Content & customer experience management for Avon's website and Apps.
- This role will be primarily responsible for all aspects on social - from strategy to campaign execution, content, online reputation & response management, blogger / influence management, social media for the brand.
- The role will also contribute to the Rep digitization program of Avon by contributing through social media marketing aspects and training
KEY RESULT AREAS OF THE JOB :
- Grow Social presence for Avon India.
- Social media marketing & campaign management - Planning, execution, reporting on social media marketing campaigns aligned to business and overall digital objectives (12-15 campaigns a year)
- Responsible for management & updation of content on Avon digital platforms on an ongoing basis Website, App and as per the campaign requirements.
- Primarily responsible for content modifications, additions, deletions and implementing approved digital enhancements within a web-based content management system with partner vendor.
- Grow organic site traffic for Avon by ensuring a superior customer experience
