Job Details
- Any Graduate degree (B.E/B.tech/Bcom/BCA etc)
- 6 months full-time probation period with conversion based on performance
- At least 1 year of experience managing people
- Immediate joining is preferred
Qualifications :
We are looking for an energetic Team Leader who would manage the Sales & Marketing Research team to help drive our lead generation across products and grow the business. You will orchestrate and plan the outbound lead generation process, oversee the research team, identify customer persona, track productivity/ throughput, optimize ways to enrich/ generate/ procure prospective client data. You will also perform top-down market research across geographies, enable and guide sales strategies, manage a variety of campaigns with stakeholders, calculate ROI and other metrics and identify new markets to target based on available data.
Skill set:
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively as a team lead
- Strong attention to detail, enthusiastic & results-oriented person
- Data-centric mindset
- MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point
- Ability to handle large amounts of data using python or other tools is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Ability to lead the team and say no
- Friendly and personable demeanor
Job Role :
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the outbound lead generation process
- Identify customer persona with inputs from stakeholders
- Measure and manage team output/ productivity and down-time
- Identify new and relevant data sources with prospective client information
- Work with sales enablement team to update Salesforce
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
- Contribute to business development and growth of our digital B2B products in the global marketplace (currently selling across 186 countries).
