Roles & Responsibilities in brief :

- Responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support for everything the sales team needs - basically supporting the sales team to focus on getting the money, while you will help in all the back-end work

- Quality Control of leads in the CRM by reviewing entries and doing audit calls

- Qualify leads to Sales Qualify leads

- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

- Create and present Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales MIS Reports for management

Must have skills :

- Strong analytical skills

- Basic knowledge of Excel formulae

- Team-player

- Ability to multitask

- Good communication skills

- Past experience of using any CRM software will be helpful, esp Zoho CRM (optional requirement)
