Aviotron Aerospace - Manager - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
The Business Development Executive (Sales) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This role involves researching market trends, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting :
- Identify and research potential clients and markets.
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualify leads and assess their potential for conversion.
2. Sales and Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Market Analysis :
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on market research and client interactions.
- Identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
4. Reporting and Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics.
5. Collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through post-sale support.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree and Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience :
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Experience in Education industry is preferred.
Skills :
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
