JD - Sales
- Preparation and presenting companys profile as well as solution offerings to prospective customers, and tapping new market opportunities.
- Develop a very detailed understanding of the organizations products/Service, solution offerings and be a Single point of contact for customers in all technical and commercial aspects, including solution design, solution optimization to meet the customer expectations, and develop technical expertise to compete effectively against the competition.
- Work closely with the core team at HQ providing timely reports for Funnel, Orders closed, Orders in pipeline for closure, and lost projects with reasons.
- Create a transparent and highly visible operational process so that core team members from HQ can provide full support to the regional team for all activities such as marketing, sales, and operations.
- Lead all business development initiatives, marketing activities, brand awareness and networking with decision makers in the target region.
- Responsible for the complete managerial position for the region with focus on Lead generation, funnel building, pre sales, solution design, proposal submission, follow ups, negotiations, closure, project planning and execution, profit maximization, documentation, and collections.
- Interfacing with Architects, AV (Audio Visual), Acoustic consultants & System Integrator. Handled test environment documentation.
- Maintained data integrity and enhanced basic training.
- Meeting with Corporate manager for the complete requirement.
- Assuring best quality delivery for every project by providing a strong service support.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 3 to 8 years sales experience in Audio Visual /IT Sales/ Hardware Sales /others
- Ability to conceptualize technical component interactions and installation environments to ensure a functional design prior to physical installation
- Ability to work effectively without supervision.
