Designation: - Tender Executive (E- tendering in Medical IVD sector)
Job Location: Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, New Delhi.
Qualification : Any Graduation in any Specialisation/B.Sc is our first priority.

Experience :
- 2 to 5 years as a Tender Executive in a Medical IVD Sector. We need an experience in a medical Firm. Having GEM Portal, CPP Portal (eprocurement & etender portal), Railway portal knowledge is mandatory.
- Proficient in GEM Portal, Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and email writing skills.
- Good English writing, speaking & reading skills required.
Nature of Duties:
- Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
- Contribution in cost and price calculations.
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers, manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tender process team to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization.
- Effective liaison, support and assistance between tender process department and rest of organization.
- Utilize agreed systems to manage the tender process functions, analysis and documenting developing plans for streamlining tender processes.
- Supporting to all other departments with tender-related issues.
Salary & Remunerations : INR 16,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month or SALARY DEPENDS UPON CANDIDATES EXPERIENCE AND INTERVIEW.
