Avians - Executive/Manager - Business Development (2-8 yrs)
- Market Research, Identifying potential clients/projects.
- Generating the leads / Opportunities/ orders and develop a complete understanding of customer segments. Will be responsible for order closing in support with the sales team.
- Allocating Enquiries to sales team.
- Scrutinizing & Understanding Client Requirement.
- Maintaining fruitful relationship with key accounts & achieving customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitors offering and prices.
- Identify the areas for new business for Avians including specialized services.
- Searching for new upcoming projects all over India.
- To Register/Log Projects with architects/PMCs/builders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capacity
- Implementing strategies / policies and reaching out to the unexplored market segment.
- Organizing technical presentations for new product development; resolving the technical & commercial queries raised by customers.
- Handle promotion activity such as Exhibition, seminar, presentation, mass mailing, and promotional calls.
- Prepare / Maintain MIS reports.
- Maintaining contact database.
