Job Responsibilities :
- Formulate an overall business development strategy
- Manage the entire marketing cycle from lead identification to closure
- Customer Success Management
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers.
- Relationship management for existing clients.
- Liase with OEM ( Infor)
- Responsible for achieving sales goals.
- International Sales
- Researching the market and identifying potential target customers
- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities
- Understand clients IT landscape, and identify and pitch solutions to prospects
- Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations
- Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
Experience & Skills :
- Three to Five years of related ERP/Software product sales experience
- Experience in selling into SMEs and Projects vertical
- Previous sales & lead generation experience in service industry
- Mapping initial client requirements and finalizing the scope of work with the client and the technical team
- Conducting extensive market and company research through the internet and other lead sources to target prospects intelligently.
- Excellent communication and soft skills (verbal & written) including telephone and presentation skills
- Interacting with the decision makers/ Top Management to discuss business needs.
- Handling all communication with a prospect and articulate value proposition
Required Qualification :
- B.E/B.Tech/BSc/B.Com /MBA from a reputed college or equivalent
