Job Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for hunting and acquiring Enterprise accounts in North India. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expand our market presence.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire Enterprise accounts in NCR & North India.
- Must be able to work on business targets.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, build strong relationships, and drive sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
- Understand client needs and challenges and propose tailored solutions to address them effectively.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Skills & Requirements :
- You have 4+ years' B2B selling experience in AV industry.
- Strong understanding of the AV Enterprise market and sales process, particularly in NCR/North India.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- You've got a love for Technology and ability to tap into technology.
- You've got experience owning the full sales cycle (prospecting, customer demos, negotiating and closing the sale).
- You are passionate about Sales and building positive relationships with customers.
