Avatel Hospitality - Executive - Corporate Sales (1-2 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales strategies, fostering relationships with corporate clients, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure exceptional service delivery to meet the needs of corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Corporate Sales Strategy :
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive corporate revenue growth.
- Identify and target potential corporate clients through market research and networking efforts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as events and operations, to deliver customized solutions and exceed client expectations.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations :
- Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase the hotel's offerings and benefits to corporate clients.
- Conduct negotiations with corporate decision-makers to secure contracts and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure that contractual agreements are aligned with the hotel's policies and profitability objectives.
Sales Performance Monitoring :
- Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and market share, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to management on sales trends and opportunities for growth.
- Implement corrective measures and strategies to address any deviations from sales targets.
Market Expansion and Brand Promotion :
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the hotel's corporate client base.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials targeted at corporate clients.
