Role Overview :

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for creating impactful visuals that align with our mission. As a Graphic Designer at Avanti Fellows, you will be responsible for developing visual content for various platforms, ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all mediums.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design Creation : Develop visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website graphics, newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.

- Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs align with Avanti Fellows' brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

- Collaborate : Work closely with the marketing, communications, and program teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

- Concept Development : Generate new ideas and concepts to promote our programs and initiatives effectively.

- Feedback and Revisions : Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

- Stay Updated : Keep up with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and relevant.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience : Minimum of [X] years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a non-profit or educational setting.

Skills :

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
