- Execute, manage and document partner lifecycle activities within a CRM system, Database experience a plus.
- High level of interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- CRM program experience a plus (Salesforce.com)
- Proficiency in the use of email and navigation within the internet

- Proficient in use of MS Office suite products (Excel, Word, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide consultative sales support, and appointment setting to our marketing leads
- Track to target calls/day, appointment/demo setup per week and per month.
- Cold call to generate leads
- Document all interactions in Salesforce.com
- Demonstrates knowledge of SaaS and technology
- Maintain regular communication with manager(s) and team
- Manage sales pipeline as well as work collaboratively to ensure sales targets are met
- Handle issues and escalations
- Additional Skills and /or Certifications:
- Total Experience Required - 2 to 6 years of outbound call center experience or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent technology related experience, coursework or certifications.
- Shift Timings - US and UK Shifts
