Avalon Labs - Account Manager - Marketing (1-5 yrs)
Requirements:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific our accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Ensure continuous support and proactive issue resolution to the clients.
- Monitor client delivery on an ongoing basis to ensure agreed SLAs and KPIs of the contract is strictly implemented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
- Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to anticipate customers- needs and match them with appropriate products and services
- Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
