Avalon Global Research - Inside Sales Specialist (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify new customers.
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling.
- Identify the correct decision makers within a given business.
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system.
- Develops strategies to generate cost effective sales leads.
- Consistently generating a reasonable number of face-to-face prospect sales meetings for Business head.
- Coordinate with top management in order to prepare RFP, RFQ, etc
- Responsible for prospects analysis & answer FAQs effectively to build the interest & awareness for the possible closure.
- Database management- updating Data on CRM with appropriate contact coordinated identified with their contacts & tracking the progress for the sales status.
Essential Skills
- Expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Exposure to any other analytical tools would be an added advantage.
- Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities.
- Knowledge of language in GEC, EU economies (Germany) - an added advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/ Masters Degree in or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' experience IN Outbound Calling / Customer Operations
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
