Avalon Global Research - Executive/Senior Executive - Business Development (3-5 yrs)
Role:
The ideal candidate may have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. Confident in building new client relationship. Should show evidence of strong communication skills and possess good negotiation skills. Having working knowledge on CRM tools would be preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities :
1. Build relationships with prospective clients
2. Understand prospect's business and needs and make sales pitch to prospects on research offerings accordingly
3. Establishing contact with key decision makers (CXOs / Managing Directors / Partners) across the globe to introduce the services offered by AGR
4. Setting up meetings and conference calls by cold calling & generating leads for the Directors / VPs
5. Sourcing and mining contacts from various business directories and websites
6. Attending sales call with BD manager / Directors / VPs and preparing meeting notes
7. Assisting the BD manager / Directors / VPs with follow ups, preparing marketing collaterals and proposals
8. Should be well-versed with all pre-sales support functions including designing, launching and managing email/ tele-calling/ direct mail campaigns, developing prospect lists, and proactively creating business opportunities
9. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the Market Research industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
