Customer Support Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Answers incoming telephone lines and takes and relays messages as required. Receives visitors and directs them as appropriate.
- Performs routine typing and computer-related tasks and filing assignments for the Administrator and all department managers.
- Sorts and directs incoming mail and processes outgoing mail to the post office.
- Consult with Technical Support on product behavior and provide assistance on complicated customer issue resolution
Good communication skills :
- Carries out various clerical duties and prepares reports as required.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Good Communication Skills Must.
