Job Description :
1. Candidates should have experience in Sales.
2. Candidate should be capable of handling the entire sales process from lead generation to disbursement.
3. To handle customer queries and overseeing of file login to disbursement stage
4. Ensure key customer satisfaction through customer service of the highest quality
5. Handle all end to end activities related to the product i.e. from Login to Disbursement Liaise with various departments within the system (Credit/Operations etc) to ensure smooth process flows
Requirements :
1. Good communication (both verbal and written)skill in both English and the local language
2. Excellent lead generation and conversion skill
3. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
4. High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
5. Ability to manage complex client situation
