Auxesis Infotech - Business Development Specialist (1-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Generate Sales Lead, Build Pipeline, Convert Pipeline to Sales Numbers.
- Develop and grow the web and mobile app development sector business for Auxesis Infotech
- Instrumental in the screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities, requirement mapping.
- Manage & grow Auxesis partner ecosystem in a given set of countries in USA & Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia
- Create Auxesis's visibility in the international market through participating in events, Seminars, Webinars and social media -shows.
- Work closely with marketing team/pre-sales and delivery to have the winning proposal to WIN the deals
- Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the Client, which is required for making an end Client Submission.
- Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress of the Submittals made.
- Strategize the Winning approach for the opportunities and accounts
- Proactively scan the market, Do research, Connect with Marketing, Cold Calling to generate leads.
- Accurate and timely internal reporting including CRM update as per the defined procedure and needs
- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics
- Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Candidate profile :
- Passionate for sales with a burning desire to achieve results
- Basic understanding of core business processes in IT/software industries
- Self-motivated and go-getter personnel who can drive sales independently
- Strong experience of selling high ticket value-based solutions
- Experience of Enterprise software Products/Solutions
- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.
- Ability to do connect with desired stake holders & do mapping of Key Decision Makers and Key Influential's at CXO levels
- Driving common interest with effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to conceptualize solutions and articulate them with prospects to develop business opportunities and sales
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills including effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent business acumen and command of spoken and written English.
