Autoninja - Regional Manager - Sales (2-5 yrs)

Autoninja boasts of a strong clientele of 90+ top auto dealers in the country within 2 years of operations. We are a VC funded start-up and are rapidly expanding our footprint across India.
Our Ninjas are a team of young, dynamic and experienced graduates from premier institutes (IITs, NITs, IIMs and NID) - and we are looking for more Ninjas to join our ranks.
Job Summary:
You'll be responsible for researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads and building relationships with prospect clients. You will be required to discuss and match the needs of your business customers, attend face-to-face meetings, deliver business case presentations that outline the benefits of Autoninja product. You will be responsible for sales closures and drive the sales target of your region along-with Sales AVPs.
Role Responsibility:
- Researching the market and identify Sales opportunities
- Proactively cultivating new clients by prospecting and networking
- Preparing case for the sales meetings
- Working with Sales AVPs to close sales deals
- Maintaining the MIS
Required Skills and Experience:
- MBA or Bachelors. Master's degree preferable but not necessary
- 2-5 years of Sales/BD/Marketing experience into Automotive Aftermarket Domain
- Consultative selling attitude
- Outgoing,dynamic personality who can build and maintain outstanding relationships
- Self-driven, result- oriented individual who believes in meeting deadlines.
