- Visit client locations to evaluate the scope of work.
- Answers client inquiries and questions related to requirements, operations, and other related information.
- Search for new clients who might benefit from the company's services.
- Work independently with minimal directions.
- Maintaining regular contact with existing clients and providing ongoing support.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how the company's services meet the client's needs.
- Prepare proposals and quotes based on the client's needs & specifications.
- Estimate sales potential by coordinating with multiple stakeholders within the plant.
- Arrange and carry out training whenever and wherever required.
- Keep a hawk-eye approach to finding new opportunities with existing clients.
- Document all client interactions through CRM daily and as per the company policy.
