PROSPECT & LEAD SEARCH :
1. Research and identify potential customers and lead.
2. Utilize various sources such as online databases, social media, and industry publications.
TELE CALLING & COLD CALLING :
1. Initiate outbound calls to leads and prospects.
2. Conduct warm calls to interested leads and cold calls to potential customers.
PRIMARY CUSTOMER INTERACTION:
1. Be the initial point of contact for potential customers.
2. Provide information, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
3. Guide customers through the early stages of the sales process.
CLIENT VISITS :
1. Plan and execute in-person visits to potential clients or customers.
TARGETED EMAIL :
1.Create and send personalized and targeted emails.
2. Nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication.
3. Use email campaigns to keep leads engaged and informed.
REPORTING :
1. Track and document sales activities and progress.
2. Maintain records of calls, meetings, and sales outcomes.
3. Provide regular reports to management for analysis and decision-making.
CLOSING DEALS :
1. Work towards closing sales deals and achieving sales targets. Negotiate terms and contracts with client.
SALES PROPOSAL :
1. Prepare and present sales proposals that outline the value proposition of your software products, including pricing, terms, and any customization's.
