Automatic Infotech - Manager - International Business Development (5-9 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the CEO
- Creation, identification and development of large innovative overseas business opportunities
- Cold-calling, Mails and other media usage for pipeline building
- Build and manage a sales pipeline for offering SAP services
- Dynamic Market Screening and demand generation
- Develop new opportunities through social platforms (LinkedIn, XING- )
- Follow up on warm leads
- New Client Acquisition
- Client relationship building and associated call planning
- Capture accurate data about the conversation and update CRM
- Identify, understand and define client needs, objectives and business requirements
- Work closely with techno-functional teams to close the deals and generate revenues
- Develop presentation material and demonstration scenarios.
- Work efficiently to exceed predefined targets.
- Define Organizational strategies to boost up the Organizational Revenue
Skills & Experience required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Command over German or other foreign languages a huge plus
- Should have proven experience of minimum 5+ years in IT / SAP Services sales in domestic as well as in International market.
- Capable to work on strategic IT marketing road map.
- Strong network in international market is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiating skills, initiative & proactive mindset.
- Should have worked in outbound tele-calling set up for international clients
- Should be flexible to travel (Domestic & international)
