Urgent Opening For Customer Relationship executive
Experience : 1 to 5 Years
First preference for Automotive Industry experienced candidates only
Qualification : Graduate in any stream
Responsibilities:
1. Will be responsible for all the Customer Care related activities.
2. Handle customer Complaints, In-Bound calls, Out-Bound calls.
3. Maintain Customer complaint records and forward to respective Quality team for proper solution and follow-up for complaint closure. Solve customer query and provide information.
4. Responsible for Order Taking from clients.
5. Working on CRM and manage the reports.
6. Prepare various reports as required by management for customer care.
7. Any other activities assigned by the management.
Preferable Candidates:
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Good with excel, presentations and data analysis.
- Experience with service industry/Call centers/service industry
