What you'll do (Job Description) :

- Business Expansion by onboarding new partners.

- Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients.

- Build long term relationships with new and existing partners.

- Business development by meeting partners- requirements.

- Ensure smooth execution of all activities at Franchisees by continually monitoring and reviewing the overall performance.

- Managing Franchisee development to achieve mutual and end customer satisfaction.

- Finding new source of appointment of franchisees and contributing to the overall growth of AutoFlipz business.

- Provide holistic support and training to franchisees for faster operations and smooth functioning.

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and partner satisfaction.

- Contribution to the constant improvement of practices and processes in the team.

What makes you a great Fit?

- 2- 3 years in after sales Franchisee/dealership. Strong communication and sales skills.

- Self-starter and ability to build a strong rapport interest with partners.

- Clarity of thoughts and assertive.

- Having knowledge of Multi Brand

- Graduate in any stream/ MBA in sales & Marketing
