Position : International Sales Manager - India
Position Overview :
- Should have at least 5yrs+ experience in Software sales / Solution sales and prior experience of working with either Top Banks, Telcos or Insurance Clients.
- Making sales business plans to open up opportunities
- Strategy and planning
- Collections
- Account and client relationship management
- Contract/agreement closures
- Negotiation skills for deal closures
- Bid Management : Mange the Deal response for a typical Outsourcing Deal and experience in Preparing and responding to RFI, RFPs, Bids, Deal qualification, Creating win strategy, Workshops, Proposal writing, P&L Analysis, Due Diligence, Client Visits and Key stakeholder mapping.
- Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
- Experience in preparing server sizing and effort estimation, costing will be plus.
- Account Planning and Ecosystem Analysis.
- Should have strong Domain experience in Banking / Insurance/ BFSI.
- Should have travelling experience in APAC region ie.Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia etc.
