Auriga - Business Development Role (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary
Auriga IT is looking for an enthusiastic and sincere Business development executive who will be primarily responsible for strategizing and implementing initiatives to generate new business opportunities in focussed domains. This role involves conducting market research to identify prospective clients, analyzing competitors, and doing pre-sales pitch to the prospects. Additionally, they build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Your responsibilities:
- Create strategies for business development by researching Market, target demographics, economic trends, customer needs and interest areas
- Develop new prospects through referrals, networking, online research and outbound calls.
- Build a strong working relationship with customers to increase the potential of business opportunities
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Gather, translate and simplify understand client requirements and assist the sales team with presales documentations (quotations/ proposals/ presentations/ SOW/ SRS/ case studies)
- Documentation - SRS, FRD, Feature Listings, BRD, HRD,WBS, Proposals, Estimation Sheet etc. as may be required.
- Efficiently communicate with internal development teams to align everyone with client requirements.
Skill sets/Experience we require :
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Business development roles/customer service/sales positions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Hands on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office
- Familiarity/Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development , sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Good to Have :
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Ability to present ideas to a variety of audiences.
- Knowledge of the Jaipur market and understanding of the technology industry trends in the region.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally nationally, as required.
Job Location : Jaipur - Onsite full time
