Aureate Labs - Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Key Result Areas :
- Assist in creating and executing business development strategies for business growth
- Generating leads and closing them to achieve sales targets of company for assigned technology and geography
- Managing relations with current clients and increasing account value
- Creating new channel partners and business avenues
- Generate proposals / contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of Pre-sales team (Business Analysts / Technical Analysts)
- Act as relationship manager and escalation point to clients
- Managing performance of team members assigned
- Complying company's processes and documentation standards for sales
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns and attend expos / events
Additional Roles:
- Coaching team members
- Helping HR team in building sales team
- Being a brand ambassador of company
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve customer delight
Reports Expected
- Managing CRM of company
- Sales performance report
Qualification :
- Any Graduate
Salary: - 20,000.00 - 55,000.00 per month
