Position Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with generating high-quality leads through various social media platforms while also making cold calls daily to engage potential clients. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture leads, close deals, and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and business growth efforts. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to expand our client base and support the company's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate leads from social media platforms.

- Conduct cold calls daily to potential clients, presenting Aurassure's products and services.

- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into deals.

- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to customer acquisition strategies.

- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities in the CRM.

- Support the sales team with lead qualification and nurturing processes.

- Assist in closing deals and onboarding new clients to drive company growth.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.

- High level of dedication, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-driven with a passion for contributing to sustainability and climate resilience solutions.
