- Increase Engagement and Customer/Mass Audience Satisfaction and promote SOULBOT
- Engage the Users on SOULBOT
- Collect users feedback & cater the upcoming SOULBOT product & others.
- Talk to users and get their comprehensive profile to understand their persona and think of ways to use in soulbot.
