Augmont - Manager - Strategic Alliance - Sales (5-15 yrs)
Job Summary
A Strategic Alliance Manager at Augmont Goldtech is responsible for B2B sourcing, building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders in our fellow industries of NBFCs/ Fintechs/ Financial services / Payments/ etc, While you may not necessarily come from the same industry, our products are the simple to understand. Product list includes Digigold, Gold SIP, Gold Loans, Gold on EMI, etc.
This role reports to the Head of Partnerships & Strategic Alliances at our office in Lower Parel . It offers a fixed package of 9 to 11 lacs + uncapped performance based variables.
- This role would require you to drive business growth and promote Augmont's products, develop and execute strategic partnerships, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver joint solutions, and ensure the alignment of goals and objectives between Augmont Goldtech and its partners.
- The ideal candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal skills, as well as experience in building and managing successful B2B partnerships
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, organize and manage the partnership, business development and alliance opportunities with key distributors of financial products such as Fintech companies, wealth management players and NBFCs for alliances with Augmont Goldtech Pvt Ltd
- Grow and monetize existing partners through scalable programs spanning multiple verticals/categories.
- Reach out to the financial network via calls/social media/conferences/workshops and every channels to ensure and build a funneled approach
- Negotiating partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Develop monthly targets and metrics to measure ROI from strategic partnerships and monitor adherence to the same
