We are a Mumbai based group company, looking for a Business Development Executive for our REAL ESTATE vertical to pitch Project Gold Craft, an integrated gems, gold and jewelry manufacturing park, providing a conducive lifestyle for the artisans, workers and professionals of the industry.
Gold Craft is being developed by the A Category luxury developer (Panchsheel) in association with Indian Bullion Jeweler Association.
It is spread across in approximately 23 acres, and consists of The Manufactory, Craft Arcade, Ancillary Services Floor, Accommodation & Plots. Envisaged as an iconic landmark of Navi Mumbai, the park will provide employment opportunities for thousands of workers in a world-class facility and attract foreign investments, leading to the growth of the industry and state.
Below is the Job description for a Business Development Executive:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Meet, Connect and engage with pre generated leads via outbound calls.
- Explain and present the project and benefits to the Clients/Jewelers
- Ensure persistent follow up meetings and thereby conversions
- Responsible for closing successful bookings for GoldCraft
- Work along with the pre-sales, and marketing team members to coordinate lead conversion
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
- Continually meet and exceed daily/ monthly conversion targets
- Connect with new channel partners and motivate them to work for the project.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Give feedback from the clients and suggest changes in strategy at the ground level if required
Benefits:
Fixed Salary of 4 LPA + Higher Performance based Variables of 4 LPA (+ uncapped commission)
