Job Purpose
- The Zonal Sales Manager responsible for Business Development for entire region as well as servicing existing clients/portfolio & Develop Team
- Qualification Minimum Graduate, preferred professional qualified
Relevant Experience Over 12-15 years of experience, minimum over 10-12 years in various leadership role
Functional Competencies Should have problem solving capabilities, staff development. Should have long term vision & prospect about the company.
- Should Monitor his team & direct reportees, performance and there timely report. Monitoring performance and goal setting
- Knowing good knowledge of Geographical area of working . Good energetic in appearance, leadership quality to motivate the team at Zonal/ National level, having appetite to lead large teams in s systematic way .Taking leadership for new initiative, marketing activities, relationship with other departments and verticals, coordination, negotiation skills, pre-setting the team and himself in front of marketing activities, meeting in HO's, departmental meeting, knowledge sharing and product training to new employees and customers groups.

Job Responsibilities
Financial Responsibilities Responsible for Pvt car business across the zone and is expected to define Company's brand for his zone.
- Responsible for overall Profit Centre operations for the Zone
- To spearhead the Private Car segment for the region and achieve budgeted Disbursements with the help of BIC/BM/TM/HM along with Financial planning for the Year
- To Monitor the performance of branches coming not only for numbers but for portfolio quality, operational costs, Manpower planning, cost v/s actual thus enabling them to achieve their profitability targets.
- To monitor the performance of the Portfolio based on Non starters and Early Delinquency and also Responsible for overall Portfolio of the Zone.
- New Business Initiatives, Marketing and Promotional activities in the zone on an ongoing basis.
Non Financial Responsibilities Ensure all business processes and procedures are properly complied and followed by business team.
- To Identify talent for other function/role and work on role change movement of employees through career enhancement policy this facilitating employee career growth.
- To help create Eco system and enabling business environment which encourages every single individual to give his best
- To individual monitor performance of regions and take timely reviews
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities Ensure all business processes and procedures are properly complied and followed by business team.
- Ensure risk management policies and guidelines are adhered by identifying, measuring, managing risk and putting controls with the help of portfolio managers and Risk team
