Position Reporting to Product Head - Liabilities, Cards & Direct Banking
Qualification - MBA / CA / Post Graduate
Relevant Experience 6-8 years -
- Functional Competencies Excellent Communication - Verbal & Written
- Understanding of SA, Basics of Banking & HNW segment
- Good Presentation Skills

Job Responsibilities
Financial Responsibilities :
- Design & develop Savings Program for all segments viz Resident Savings, Senior Citizen, Minors, Women & Premium Banking etc
- Ensure Innovative & Superior Product Proposition vis a vis competition
- To review cost / revenue levers of products and define product pricing for new product releases to meet revenue and & profitability goals
- Preparing and monitoring annual budgets, forecast trends and presenting the performance of business regularly to senior management / Branches
- Drive new customer acquisition and cross sell to existing Assets customer base
- Manage and analyze portfolio quality, provide data cuts to branches to for deepening / cross sell.
Non Financial Responsibilities :
- Develop Sales Pitch, Brochures, Collaterals, Sales Aids in collaboration with marketing
- Provide trainings and conduct workshops for acquisition channels
- Co-work with operations team to define and improvise product related branch & central ops process
- Define and ensure effective / active customer engagement, customer life cycle & campaign management framework
- Conducting market / competition analysis
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities :
- Co-work with compliance team to define & update KYC requirements as per legal & regulatory guidelines
- Design & improvise Forms, Declarations, Delegation Matrices & Exception Management to be customer friendly yet regulatory compliant
- Review & control sourcing quality
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and drive system developments towards process simplifications
- Query Management of Branches & others
- Review, implement and drive Govt Schemes (PMJDY, PMJJY, AADHAAR seeding, etc)
