Job Purpose
- The State Business Manager responsible for Business Development for entire State as well as servicing existing clients/portfolio.

Job Responsibilities
Financial Responsibilities :
- Responsible for State's Business Targets at desired IRR
- Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Identifies sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
- Improves product sales ability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; In identifying the customer needs and provide key inputs for new product development
- Responsible for quality portfolio creation, delinquency management and portfolio monitoring
- Identifying new markets opportunity areas and setting up operations in that market
Non Financial Responsibilities :
- Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
