Job Description of FLS :
1. Educate the Customer about the product.
2. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
3. Close the leads assigned by the call center team.
4. Activation of - Maximizer Program and Daily follow up and lead Up-gradation in Maximizer.
5. Customer Servicing and collection of Renewals.
6. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Knowledge / Experience / Skills :
- Candidate must be 10+2 or Graduate (Any stream).
