Au Financiers - Manager - Channel Management (4-6 yrs)
Creating a New Distribution channels Au Samridhi Mitra / Digital Channels / etc
Empanelment of Lead Generator / Connector, Association with Banks under formal and informal arrangements, Corporative society, Milk Federation, Other Distribution models as given time to time
- To develop strong rapport with all Lead Generator and loan consultant who provides leads for Vehicle Loans, Home Loan, Mortgage, LAP, Insurance
- Generating leads and close with customer end to end
- File Login, disbursement, collection and servicing to both Au Samridhi Mitra and customer
- To recruit, train & on board the Au Samridhi Mitra and Relationship executives / Relationship Manager and ensure that Au Samridhi Mitra and employees attain the requisite product knowledge
- To ensure all employees recruited are properly trained and on-boarded
- Ensure each employee is productive in each month
- Thorough understanding of Financial Markets, Vehicle Loan, MSME / SME Loans, Mortgages, Insurance
- The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1-3 years
- Banking knowledge and experience is must
- Understanding of front and back office processes and procedures
- The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and personality
- Leadership skills, Communication skills, Relationship-building skills
- New Partner on boarding & Business Development
- Channel Partner Management & Risk Mitigation
- Will be responsible for managing the Team size of 3- 4 Distribution Asst .Managers
