- Spyn PRO is a cloud-based management app for academies and studios, events organizers and club owners to manage their business better.
What it does ?
- Spyn PRO allows academy owners to track their students- payments, attendance and performance through an easy to use mobile and web app. The app is designed to help coaches in an academy collaborate so that updated information is available with the academy owners / managers on the go. With the app, academies can choose to enable online payment for hassle free and timely payment collection.
- The app also helps academies get automated online presence on www.spyn.co without having to create or update the webpage separately. It also allows academy owners to view and act on enquiries received at their coaching centers to help their business grow, assess performance of their clients professionally, keep track of expenses, maintain a video library, maintain staff attendance and more.
Job Description :
1. Marketing of spyn PRO to create brand awareness
2. Generating leads
3. Connecting with potential customers via email, cold calls, social media and briefing about the product.
4. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
5. Converting potential prospects to users
6. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
7. Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Requirements :
- Excellent skills in English, both spoken and written, so as to be able to communicate and connect with prospects across the world.
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Location : Navi Mumbai, Kamothe
- It is a work-from-office role
