Attic Space - Head - Sales (4-8 yrs)
- Attending client calls and pitching the best option available matching client requirement
- Recording leads in the CRM and following up with the client
- Sending proposals to the client with all details
- Driving Sales & focusing on generating new sales, whilst growing and retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Handling of client meetings and site visits
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends, demand-supply, etc.
- Assisting the client to visit the co-working space and showing the available options
- Completing On-boarding formalities
- Building & maintaining a good broker network for accelerated sale conversions
- Other business development activities that bring business to the organization
- Maximize occupancy and profitability of the Center by proactively managing customers expansion plans
- Follow up/Screening on inquiries that are received and classifying them into leads for our available spaces or aggregation
- Generate new leads through networking and our tied up portals and ensuring all available spaces are occupied
