Job Title: Offline Community Engagement Specialist

Location: Noida

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and personable Offline Community Engagement Specialist who can create, manage, and grow offline community engagement programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with community members, organizing offline events, and developing creative strategies to promote brand awareness and loyalty. This individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent community messaging, engagement, and experience across all offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, influencers, and local partners, ensuring that they feel connected and supported by the brand.

- Plan, organize, and execute offline meetups, and activations that foster community growth, engagement, and brand advocacy.

- Manage communication with community members, keeping them informed of upcoming events, updates, and initiatives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop offline community content (photos, videos, recaps, etc.) that highlights key events and initiatives.

- Collect and communicate feedback from the offline community to improve customer experience and develop new initiatives that resonate with the target audience.

- Ensure the brand's tone and voice are consistent in all offline community engagements, maintaining high standards of interaction and engagement.

- Oversee budgets for offline events and initiatives, ensuring proper allocation of resources and cost management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in community management, event planning, or brand engagement, preferably in offline or experiential settings.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills with the ability to foster relationships across diverse groups.

- Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute successful offline events, meetups, or activations.

- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and best practices.

- Creative problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to managing and executing projects.

- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Passion for building communities and creating memorable, meaningful experiences.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in offline community management.

- Background in experiential marketing, or brand activations.

- Bachelors Degree holder
