Roles and Responsibilities:

- Defining, building and driving the value proposition for Energy Efficiency.

- Handling target for Order Booking and Account Farming opportunities.

- Hands-on experience in creating complex commercial models, presentations, proposals and bid management artifacts.

- People and Process management, skill development and workshops to support knowledge sharing and information standardization.

Experience and skill set required:

- MBA with specialization in Energy desired

- Pre-MBA work-experience with minimum industry experience of 5 years in Energy is desirable.

- Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel) and building presentations/RFP responses/proposals.
