Job Description :
- We are looking for someone with 4-6 years of working experience in SEO - Senior Business Manager
- The "SEO - Senior Business Manager" would be responsible for the overall department growth, revenue, and profitability.
- The Business Manager will also manage junior SEO members who will work on search engine optimization and marketing activities, such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. The goal is to generate more leads through SEO and other digital channels.
Job Responsibilities :
- Meets assigned targets of up selling and cross-selling objectives in the overall client's SEO accounts
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Meets assigned expectations for the SEO department's revenue and profitability.
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Developing and executing successful SEO strategies in-line with our client's business goals.
- Developing performance metrics on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
- Set up processes for SEO activities.
- Staying ahead of market trends and competitor strategies.
- Reviewing technical issues related to your expertise and recommending timely solutions.
- Brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies.
- Communicate between various team members for task inputs and suggestions to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Send performance metrics reports to clients.
Candidates Expectations :
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Should have knowledge of E-commerce SEO strategies.
- Thorough knowledge of Google analytics, search console, and other SEO tools like Ahref, and Semrush.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Demonstrable leadership and decision-making skills.
- You should be able to build and mentor a team of talented junior professionals
