ATop Digital - Manager - Sales - US & Europe (3-5 yrs)

Experience :
3-5 years with a minimum of 2 years experience with western clients preferably US clients (both SMEs, corporates & MNC clients). Individuals having experience in selling marketing services would be an added advantage.
Skill Bandwidth :
- Proven track record of achieving sales target
- Broad-spectrum Acquaintance / Expertise in - End - to End- Sales / BD Life Cycle Management
- Comprehensive exposure to Consultative Sales paradigm
- Appreciable cognisance of disparate Global business culture
- Consistent business/industry/domain penetration track record to generate new businesses
- Exhaustive Client / Account Management and Business Expansion as well as Business Enhancement forte
- Decent Solutioning expertise

Key Responsibilities:
- This role is required to identify and develop new clients preferably in US & Europe.
- Managing all Sales activities and establishing/maintaining relationships at all levels.
- Responsible for hunting new accounts and building pipeline, book revenues from Global markets.
- Formulate & implement short & long-term Sales & Marketing strategies/plans for achieving the sales targets of digital marketing and other service lines with ATop.
- Responsible for carrying out the prospect mapping, pipeline mapping, proposals in line with customer requirement, preparation of reports, cost analysis, negotiations and finally closure of deal.
- Perform analysis and recommend appropriate strategic decisions to Top management.
- Must be able to network and develop market intelligence to get new leads for achieving Sales targets.
- Client Acquisition and Revenue Target Realisation
- Pipeline Build up and Realisation
DELIVERABLES FOR SUCCESS :
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following successes:
- Must have a proven and consistent track record of achieving Sales targets.
- Pipeline Management - must develop a strong sales pipeline that is managed regularly and effectively. Ability to build a pipeline with reasonable timelines and is able to continually
manage it and follow through with individual prospects, and delivering successful sales.
- Deal Management - Closes deals as per pipeline and forecast sales as per agreed time commitments.
- Able to build a team from grounds-up, lead, communicate and define quantifiable goals and targets for the team members on the basis of Sales target and individual experience and capability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Having working knowledge of CRM.
- IT skills must include above-average ability to work on Excel Spreadsheets, MS Word. And through knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
- Fluent in spoken English and adept at written skills in English.
- Ideally, exposure to working within a multi-cultural environment and exposure to managing multiple International Clients.
- In order to be successful in this role, the candidate must be self-motivated, flexible, confident, enthusiastic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Acts with honor and character - A person of high integrity who is direct and truthful but at the same time can keep confidences.
ACADEMICS:
- Holding a Bachelors Degree
- MBA Preferred
