- The traditional B2B speciality chemicals commerce is still non-digital, opaque and inefficient.
- Customers have to deal with multiple middlemen through WhatsApp / email. These middlemen lack credibility in terms of providing the right quality of chemicals. Pricing is non-transparent, with the same products being priced differently. Technical support needed to procure speciality chemicals as per the end application is an unmet need for most of the customers. Payments and invoicing are still done through different platforms leading to a lot of manual paperwork.

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and communication. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the founding team.
Qualifications :
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong business, communication, and presentation skills
- Have done cold Email marketing, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Customer service skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks
-Comfortable using technology and learning new software
- Prior experience in the chemical industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
