Atomberg - National Key Account Manager - Modern Trade (4-8 yrs)
Essential Toolkit :
Educational Qualification: MBA from a reputed institution with a focus on sales, marketing, or business development.
Experience :
- 4-8 years of experience in modern trade sales or key account management in consumer electronics, home appliances. Experience in handling large format retail accounts (e.g., Reliance, Croma, Vijay Sales etc.) is preferred.
Role Summary :
As an experienced Key Accounts Manager - Modern Trade, reporting to Head MT. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key modern trade partners. This role will focus on driving business growth, expanding brand presence, and maximizing revenue opportunities through strategic account management and key partnerships within the modern trade channel.
What will you do :
- Account Management & Relationship Building: Develop and manage relationships with key retail partners across modern trade channels. Ensure that Atomberg's products are well-represented and effectively merchandised in these outlets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the sales leadership team to devise and implement sales strategies for key accounts. Align with business objectives and ensure consistent growth across all modern trade channels.
- Revenue & Growth Targeting: Responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets for assigned accounts. Drive top-line growth through effective account management, upselling, and cross-selling of Atomberg products.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Operations: Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches, promotional campaigns, and availability of products in the retail network.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor competitive activities, market trends, and consumer behaviour within the modern trade sector. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Forecasting & Budget Management: Forecast sales and plan budgets for key accounts. Track the performance of key accounts and ensure adherence to planned targets and financial goals.
- Customer Satisfaction & Feedback: Ensure that customers and partners are satisfied with Atomberg's products and services. Handle any issues or concerns effectively, ensuring long-term positive relationships
