Atomberg - Head - Institutional Sales (3-7 yrs)
Role : Head, Institutional sales
The person will be responsible for overall planning and execution of all tasks related to institutional sales.
About Atomberg :
Atomberg Technologies is a techno commercial venture founded by IIT Bombay alumni. The company aspires to create a global brand in home appliance industry with its smart and energy efficient technologies. Our First product is a ceiling fan named Gorilla. Consuming just 28W, it is India's most energy efficient ceiling fan. We have already sold 5000 units within 4 months of launch and the feedback from the initial customers has been great. Within the next 2 years, we are planning to launch 2-3 new products in the smart and energy efficient electrical appliances segment.
Primary responsibilities :
- Create a sales plan to achieve the target
- Hire and nurture a sales team to achieve the target
- Appoint new channel partners and maintain relationship with the existing channel partners
- Forecast quarterly sales number and prepare a forecasting plan along with the production team
- Optimizing the overall sales and marketing expense
- Defining and changing various distributor related policies, pricing etc.
- Identifying alternate sales channel
Eligibility criteria :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in institutional sales, preferable in solar related products
- MBA would be an added advantage
Salary :
As per industry Standards. Will not be a hindrance for deserving candidates.
Location :
Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Will involve extensive Pan India travel
