Daily work will include:
a) Conversion of All Incoming B2C queries/leads ( assisted buying from our website)
b) Involvement in all new Marketing Initiatives
- Candidate may directly field calls or emails from customers when they have questions or concerns. Shoppers may want to know about return products or replacement of damaged items.
- Should be comfortable making/attending upto 100 calls per day.
- Should be good communication in English
- Candidate are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
