a) Very Good communication skills( English- oral and written, Hindi-oral, Marathi-oral)
b) Very Good Aptitude (someone who can grasp things very fast and does not require hand-holding in execution)
Education : Graduate
Daily work will include :
a) Conversion of All Incoming B2C queries/leads (assisted buying from our website)
b) Involvement in all new Marketing Initiatives
- candidate may directly field calls or emails from customers when they have questions or concerns.
- Shoppers may want to know about return products or replacement of damaged items.
- Should be comfortable making/attending upto 100 calls per day.
- Should be good communication in English
- Candidate are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
Candidate age between- 21-26 years.
Location : Navi Mumbai.
