- Atomberg Technologies is a Consumer Appliances company that was started by IIT & IIM Graduates. We started our exciting journey with energy-efficient fans and will be presenting multiple categories in the next couple of years. Fans are based on our patent-pending BLDC motor technology, which saves more than 65% electricity. We are the winners of awards like the National Entrepreneurship Award, Best Climate solver award, most innovative company in "EE" category awarded by UN, Forbes30under30. Position: Area Sales Manager - Modern Trade -Fans
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our Modern Trade team. The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with key accounts.
Role responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets in the modern trade channel. - Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the modern trade channel. - Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and feedback.
Requirements:
- At least 7-15 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the modern trade channel.
- Experience in the Consumer Durables industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
