Atlys - Sales Specialist - Hotel Vertical (3-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Actively approach targeted travel agents (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
- Establishing, growing, and maintaining commercial ties with travel agents-both current and potential-in the designated territory or market segment in order to attract new agents for our services.
- Creating a sales funnel, long-term goals, and business planning.
- Keeping an eye out for changes in the customer's organisation that could have an impact on future business.
- Coordinating sales efforts with product groups, marketing, sales management, accounting, and logistics.
- Independently locating and acquiring new agents, as well as upselling to our current clientele in close collaboration with our partners or on our own.
- Using the CRM and sales management system to manage the sales process.
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Experience in the relevant industry or market is a plus
